LOUiS architects

        La Prairie Apartments Canggu is situated in Padang Linjong, Bali. The project consists of 15 units. From 1 bedroom to 3-bedrooms apartments. The intention is to create a community amongst guests. The project comes with a shaded communal area with tables, pool and bbq but with an interior co-working space as well where guests can mingle. As covid 19 crisis has deeply change working habits, Bali has become a hub for people who wish to work remotly. Therefore each apartment has been designed for mid-terme to long-term stays while the facilities give the opportunitie for social interactions. Sustainibility has been in the heart of the design approach. Roof terraces are covered with green to improve thermal comfort and reduce energy consumption. Different blocks are detached in order to enhance cooling by natural ventilation.
