LUASA architects

        Situated in Umalas, Bali, The Line is a luxury five-bedroom private residence that articulates a refined dialogue between tropical openness, material innovation, and sustainable design. Conceived as a series of connected geometric volumes, the architecture revolves around an expansive open-plan living core that seamlessly extends onto an outdoor terrace and a 41 sqm lap pool with integrated in-water seating.

Each of the five suites is individually composed, showcasing a distinct spatial rhythm and material identity—ranging from Japanese-inspired minimalism with zen garden showers to stone-clad upper retreats. The project features a tactile palette of marble, travertine, limewash, and microcement, complemented by bespoke upcycled furnishings and integrated solar technology—creating a harmonious synthesis of modern form and ecological responsibility.
