The property’s architectural identity is anchored by its signature illuminated sculptural arch, a central curve that frames the sky and draws natural light and cross-ventilation deep into the floor plan.
At its core, a dramatic seven-meter double-height living area seamlessly dissolves the boundary between interior and exterior. The material palette expertly balances modern minimalism with warmth, weaving Japandi influences with solid teak, cool marble, and raw concrete lines. Outside, a beach-club-inspired curved pool integrates floating loungers and a sunken conversation pit.
