International public tender for Infrastructure Development of Space Oceanography from Ministry of Marine Affairs & Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The project consists of 3 buildings with respectively a public area, a conference room and restricted access offices. Only the conference room has a half cylinder shape while 2 parallelepiped covered with long roof overhang are in a staggered row. Indeso is also a formation center for futur Indonesian engineers.
